You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering the location, following site-specific guidelines and protocols.
Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting visitors and staff in a professional manner.
Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities as required by site policy and Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment for all occupants.
