As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Requirements

At least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
At least 1 year Security in an HOA setting.
A current PILB.
A valid DL.
Excels in working with computers and other electronic systems.
Able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong work ethic!
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
Professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner, as requested.
Provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.
