Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
  • Answer phones, direct guests to appropriate contacts, and communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and emergency responders.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
