As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control functions, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
