Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees at a food and beverage retail location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
Screen individuals entering designated areas, verify authorized access as required, and report suspicious activity or prohibited items according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, delivery zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Document observations, incidents, access activity, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports.
