As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify authorized access when required, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and/or contractors regarding site rules and procedures.
• Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, noting property-related issues, and coordinating with site personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
