As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Montgomery, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and a driving post presence that helps to deter security-related incidents while supporting tenants, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report maintenance or access concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access when required, and communicate with property management and/or first responders regarding security-related matters.
Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following Allied Universal standards and site instructions while working in varied conditions.
