As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Commerce City, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government wastewater facility, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Type at least 40 words per minute.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a government wastewater reclamation location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, perimeter areas, and critical infrastructure to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
