About The Position

As a Security Officer - Full Time - Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use strong communication and computer skills to support a professional environment, report security-related concerns, and help maintain site procedures. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors at the front desk, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems from a stationary front-desk post, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Support food and beverage facility operations by directing authorized vendors and deliveries to designated check-in areas and helping maintain orderly entry procedures.
