As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Credential Verification in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment, conduct routine patrols, and help deter security-related incidents while supporting site operations. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors and contractors, and maintaining required entry and exit records.
  • Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while preparing accurate reports and documenting incidents.
