Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location in a commercial real estate environment.
• Monitor access to the property lobby and front desk area by greeting guests, verifying visitor information, issuing access credentials when applicable, and communicating with building personnel regarding arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required communication channels and documentation processes.
• Answer phones, support front desk operations, and provide information or direction to occupants and visitors while helping to maintain awareness of security-related concerns within the building.
• Observe activity in the lobby, entrance areas, and nearby common spaces, and help to deter unauthorized access by following post orders, visitor management procedures, and escalation protocols.
