As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors and staff, offer exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment through strong communication and professionalism. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Carry out security-related procedures and protocols specific to the needs of financial institutions.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following appropriate escalation procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and coordinating with site personnel and/or first responders.
