Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client site instructions.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor and employee entries, deliveries, and other front desk activities as required.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, external guests, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including coordinating with management and first responders.
• Support a security-related presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.
