As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
Monitor access control at the main entrance, verifying identification and authorizations as required by site-specific policies.
Assist with visitor registration and issue visitor badges in accordance with location procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Support security-related procedures by observing and reporting any unusual activity or potential concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Provide customer service to clients and guests by answering questions and offering assistance as needed while at the front desk.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of visitor activity and any security-related incidents encountered during the shift.
Follow emergency response protocols as directed for the location, coordinating with site management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
