As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and visitors to provide information and/or directions as needed.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuations.
Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk while helping to deter unauthorized access.
Report security-related incidents, observations, and concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as required.
