As a Front Desk Security Professional at this location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming guests and assisting residents while monitoring access and maintaining a secure environment. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.65 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or residents at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor and contractor entry as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed at the front desk.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and instructions from Allied Universal and site management.
