Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, logging visitors, and granting entry to authorized individuals.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activities and provide assistance as needed.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as required.
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures.
