Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing personnel to appropriate contacts or locations.
Manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and communicating site access requirements.
Monitor front-desk communications, access-control activity, and incoming deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site personnel and emergency responders.
Support security-related procedures for a chemical and petrochemical location, including maintaining accurate logs and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
