As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of experience as a security supervisor or manager or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting occupants at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
  • Communicate professionally with building occupants, visitors, and Allied Universal management to relay important information and/or escalate issues as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, such as assisting with evacuation procedures or notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activities through visible presence and adherence to security-related procedures.
