Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify visitor credentials as required, issue temporary access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activities and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns according to site-specific policies.
