Requirements

Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry points, screen visitors, confirm appointments, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location guidelines.
Respond to incidents, resident and visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity.
Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue badges or access credentials when required, and report unusual or suspicious activity to site leadership.
