Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk, providing professional customer service and assistance as needed.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for entry in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk or lobby area in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as required.
- Assist with emergency response activities, including providing information and direction to building occupants and/or first responders.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and adherence to established procedures at the front desk area.
