Job Description As a Security Officer - Patrol in North Little Rock, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access points and visitor flow. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site personnel, and respond to concerns with a service-minded approach. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting conditions that may need attention.
• Control access at gates and entry points by checking identification, verifying deliveries and contractors, and directing traffic and visitors according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol activity, access control actions, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.
