As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms, support access control, and communicate clearly while delivering customer-focused service to staff and visitors. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity, and assist with visitor and employee direction in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident documentation, and other required logs, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
