Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to reports, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering customer-focused support. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a logistics and distribution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating observations and requesting assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, dock doors, trailer yards, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor access control points for employees, contractors, and drivers, including checking credentials, directing traffic flow at entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor and/or driver logs when required.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and promptly report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
