Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. You will maintain a visible presence, conduct routine checks, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
Follow site-specific policies and security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or customers with inquiries or directions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.
Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual circumstances according to site protocols.
Participate in emergency response activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
