As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams, respond to concerns, and deliver standout customer service while documenting key observations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access issues, and employee and/or visitor concerns, and follow post orders and reporting requirements.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorized entry, direct visitors and deliveries to designated locations, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or loitering.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports, and communicate key information to supervisors and/or oncoming officers using radio, phone, and/or computer systems.
