As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will complete routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to access, alarm, and customer service needs with clear communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or abnormal conditions for reporting.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, assist with visitor processing, and help maintain orderly traffic flow for employees, contractors, deliveries, and outbound shipments.
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts in a timely manner.
