Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production facility to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences as observed during patrols.
Work collaboratively with facility staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Follow all site-specific procedures and protocols relevant to the food and beverage production environment.
