As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flow. You will document observations, communicate clearly with teams, and deliver a welcoming customer service experience. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, lab, and/or data center areas, as well as exterior perimeters and parking areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify identification, badges, and/or visitor credentials; assist with visitor sign-in, deliveries, and maintaining authorized access to restricted areas.
Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation; communicate site conditions and concerns to Allied Universal supervision and/or client contacts as needed.
