As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication with employees and visitors. Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor directions, monitoring deliveries and reporting irregularities per post orders.
• Complete routine reports such as shift logs, incident reports and patrol activity documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
