As a Front Desk Security Officer at a luxury retail location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, providing a welcoming presence while assisting with access control and security-related duties. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and/or clients in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of the retail location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor and employee logs as required.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized access or activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client site instructions.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including providing information and support to first responders.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding incidents, issues, or concerns.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted behaviors and provide customer service to all individuals entering the location.
