As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, giving you the chance to cover wider areas and respond to needs across the site. You will represent Allied Universal with integrity, clear communication, and customer-focused service while supporting a reliable, team-driven culture.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and building perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with visitor direction and reporting potential policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate status updates during shift handoff to support consistent site coverage.
