You will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with professional customer service. Using clear communication, you will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and collaborate with site teams, bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift. A valid driver’s license is required.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and support access control activities such as checking identification, verifying visitor authorization, and directing deliveries and/or contractors according to site procedures.
• Complete required reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations and/or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
