Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping to maintain an orderly environment through routine patrols, visibility, and prompt reporting of security-related concerns. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, communicate clearly with site teams, and document activity with attention to detail. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Control access by checking identification and/or visitor authorization, monitoring entry and exit points, and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate security-related concerns during shift turnovers.
