As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related responses, manage incoming calls and radio traffic, document activity, and support field teams with clear communication and customer service. You will help maintain strong visibility through timely direction and accurate reporting while working in a caring culture built on teamwork and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in line with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.24 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and/or other security-related systems; dispatch personnel and coordinate responses based on established protocols.
• Receive and triage calls for service, gather details, notify appropriate on-site staff and/or emergency services as directed and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Document incidents, dispatch activity, key events and observations in logs and reports; communicate operational issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, and report unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.
