Requirements

Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be 21+ years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Coordinate communication between on-site personnel, building management, and/or first responders during incidents, medical events, and other critical situations while following post orders and reporting protocols.
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate communication, timely follow-up, and continuity of security-related operations.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
