As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as per client requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior, keeping in mind the unique needs of a chemical and petrochemical environment.
Monitor for and report any irregularities, including presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures related to chemical and petrochemical locations.
Document observations and incidents thoroughly in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
