You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the client and site visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Carry an assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and post orders; maintain proper weapon handling, storage, and documentation.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points within a tech, media, and/or telecom location; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and alarm systems; verify credentials, document activities, and complete reports on incidents, patrols, and unusual conditions.
