As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access control and badge procedures. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk of the location, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain clear communication with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters and observations.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuation or lockdown procedures.
Document incidents and daily activities in a timely and accurate manner for Allied Universal records.
