Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or clients at the front desk of a financial institution location, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining a visitor log, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
- Follow site-specific policies and procedures to support security-related operations at the front desk.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Assist in emergency response activities according to established protocols.
- Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or local authorities as needed to report observations or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering directions or support as needed at the front desk.
