As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing outstanding customer service while monitoring entry and exit activity. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and utilizing technology to support access control. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification, logging visitors, and assisting with visitor management processes as required.
Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public to address questions and provide information related to security-related matters.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including facilitating communication and supporting evacuation or lockdown procedures if necessary.
