As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. You will monitor access, check badges, and provide outstanding customer service while utilizing computer or tablet systems. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, deliveries, and security-related incidents as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed to support security-related objectives.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following direction from Allied Universal and/or site management.
