As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. You will monitor access, check badges, and provide outstanding customer service while utilizing computer or tablet systems. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, deliveries, and security-related incidents as required by site policies.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed to support security-related objectives.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following direction from Allied Universal and/or site management.
