As a Security Officer Facility Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and/or report suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in alignment with site protocols and assigned post instructions.
• Support incident reporting, alarm response, and follow-up activities while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location and surrounding property.
