About The Position

As a Security Officer Facility Patrol Monitor in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • Vaccines are required for this hospital location.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Help to monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, assist with access-related procedures, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details according to site guidelines.
