You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist with badge-related activities. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, verifying authorization and documenting entries, exits, and unusual occurrences.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while following applicable site procedures and confidentiality expectations.
