As a Security Officer Entry Level Unarmed in Riviera Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. In this role, you will remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization, and document visitor and delivery activity in support of security-related operations at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, property staff, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related procedures.
