Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access activity in accordance with location policies and technology-focused workplace requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
• Support lobby and access control operations by assisting with visitor processing, delivery coordination, badging procedures, and direction of foot traffic at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and other security-related concerns.
