Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess EMT certification.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the Driver Policy Requirements.
  • Candidates must hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in the job state where they will be employed.
  • Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations and unusual activity.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, contractors, and visitors, and maintain accurate security-related logs and records.
  • Report maintenance hazards, damaged access points, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
